Swivel Program does not appear to do anything

Just bought the Model D4 and am attempting to cut Foam board.
Drawing was done in Aspire 2.5 and PP is Shopbot (inches). Used the Swivel program and exported though Excel. No problem there. Used the .14 offset.
Ran the file and it appears nothing was offset. Ran the same file just using the Shopbot pp without the Swivel conversion and sure enough the same results.
I tried to attach 3 pictures. However, can not find a way of doing it here. I did compare the two Excel files and there appears that the conversion did something, as the numbers are different.
Any ideas?
