more cutting but using aspire to generate the toolpath

First time i have used aspire 4.0 to incorporate using the drag knife selection
I have included 2 videos to demo the donek drag knife

It's extremely important that the material being cut lays flat on the table. The plastic you are cutting is very uneven and warped. You can see some instances where the tool makes the motion for a swivel, but the blade is not in contact with your material. As a result the blade does not reorient. You are likely to see bent or broken blades in these situations.

Vacuum hold down is really helpful in ensuring your material is effectively held down. Alternatively, double sided tape or spray adhesive can be used. Effective vacuum hold down can be as simple as a reinforced MDF box with holes drilled in it and connected to a shopvac. This is in fact the system I have used since 1999.

In your cardboard cutting video, it appears that your swivel actions are too deep. This is why the corners don't appear to be sharp. When working with a new material, it's sometimes beneficial to cut several small squares each having different swivel depths, in order to find which one provides the best results for your application.

I would really like to see your vac hold down if possible,how it was built size and how you connect it
