ultrasonic cutting

Any ideas on how to incorporate an ultrasonic cutter in a drag knife?

In that video it's being done on a machine with CNC angular blade positioning/rotation... thus not a drag knife.
I've used hand held ultrasonic cutters - they are pretty good. I think it'd be really hard to do drag since the blade has to be coupled to ultrasonic horn & converter (5-15lbs 2-5" diameter, 8-10" long)... good luck getting that to free spin.
